StrechCordz Tethered Swimming LONG BELT




A 2” (5cm) waist belt, padded for comfort, and sliding attachment connected to a 20-foot (6m) length of latex tubing for resisted swim out and speed assisted swim back. The sliding attachmentmoves freely around the belt for unrestricted movement. Running the entire length of the tube is our new SafetyCord; made of strong, lightweight and abrasion resistant Kevlar®, which adds safety andsecurity in the event of breakage. Can be used in both a 25 yard or 25 meter pool. 4 resistance levels:
  • Level 1 (silver): Beginners
    1,3 - 3,6 kg of pull

  • Level 2 (yellow): Advanced
    2,2 - 6,3 kg of pull

  • Level 3 (green): Professionals
    3,6 - 10,8 kg of pull

  • Level 4 (red): Elite Team Athletes
    5,4 - 13,9 kg of pull

Tethered swimming is perfect to train strength endurance and stamina. The swimmer himself recognizes if his technique beginns to weaken because from this moment the tube will pull him back more. This enables the swimmer to put more efforts to correct technique even when exhaustion beginns.
